Hey folks I have been kicking around the design side of the electrical industry mainly Petro Chemical plants from Montana to Russia for 46 years. The last 35 have been in a supervisory roll(am not current with NEC) and now that I am retired (74 years old) I find myself bored beyond your wildest dreams.

I keep myself occupied by the one hobby I have which is hosting Purple Martins( a small migratory bird ). I provide them nesting gourds(36 of them) in my back yard. They are only here fron Feb. to late July so now I need somthing else to do,health issues keep me close to home with no strenuous activities.Hunting, fishing, wood working and women are a thing of the past.

I know what a watt and resistor are and 1 phase & 3 phase so I can understand some of the talk.I'll read mostly and maybe once in a while ask a question or maybe even offer up some answers.

If I make a pest out of myself don't get mad, senility don't you know,,,, and its also a good screen to hide behind. I have also been known to ask a question or two that all can benefit from the array of subsequent answers,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
