Hi Folks,
We live in northern Ca. near Placrville. We are remodeling our moduler home. I am 68 years old so I better hurry and get er done. Nothing stays.
I will be using Hardy planks on the exterior and dry wall on the interior. I will be tiling the bathroom and building my own kitchen cabinets. Upgrading the electrical (it is amazing how bad a job they did on electrical and cabinets on these modulers). I will also redo the plumbing (it is the old gray plastic that had a class action suit against it).
Looking forward to trading ideas.

Hiya G, you got the better half of this place I see, Welcome, from one newb, to another. I hear those modular homes are easy to work on, just plug in a new module, jk.
Have fun with that tile project, I tiled my bathroom ONCE. Never again, ever. But, het if you want any pointers on how to (not) burn down your new home, let me know.
