Greetings all,
The picture, if it can be seen is of my team and the Canadian Curling Team (2010 Parlympic Gold Wheelchair Curling).
Our team from Portland, I'm in green, entered the International Wheelchair Curling Bonspeil in Richmond BC Canada (2 months ago), Great fun!

I'm here to find some cheep yet good ideas.
I am on fixed income so price is important yet I do know what quality is.

I have a big history building. Google Slicox Hut. I was lead finish carpenter.

Due to limiting circomstances I no longer do this work and I don't know current materials that might do the job and cost less! Garage Remodel....

Happy New Year,
Happy Guy

Welcome to the forum, Stephen! Glad to have you aboard. Ask away on the garage.

Do you mean Silcox Hut, like the one on Mt. Hood?

and I hope you were involved in a remodel or rebuild. It appears the original build was in 1939 as a WPA project, along with Timberline Lodge.
anyway, if you meant the one on Hood, never been to it but have been to Timberline. Loved it. Looks like Silcox is a neat place too.

Stephen: Great job on your curling skills. I have the honor of living in a city that had the largest single floor curling club in the USA. We had 14 active sheets. That was many years ago and the place is no longer but has been replaced by a new club. We had the Silver Broom here and also have Bud Sommerville and his son both from this area as well as the last USA Olympic Team is from here. I will you the best in your efforts both on and off the ice.
