Just heard Forbes didn't like the Portland economy. At least we didn't overbuild like some other places south...

Well we sure did in Lincoln City (know you know the place) might as well be PDX. It’s got me out of town for a while till things flip.

What are you talking about??? We did overbuild. Not like some other places that went insanely nuts (Pheonix, Las Vegas, CA, Florida) but we definately overbuilt. There are whole empty subdivisions in Beaverton (right off Barnes Road) , Hillsboro, and Vancouver Wa that are empty
