Painting


I am new to this and I am desperate for help. what causes paint to bubble on a wall. The wall has been primed and repaired.

1 word - "Behr"

Well, could also be a combination of incompatible coatings, poor prep/cleaning , and/or poor climate conditions.

Could be many things. Dust left on a wall from patching. Cleaning walls with TSP and not rinsing with fresh water after, cheap paint, primer not adhering to the wall......... Moisture trapped underneath the paint film. I could go on and on..........maybe ask this question in the Paint forum to get more responses.
