Hello,

I'm a regular renter, so it goes without saying that I always find something that I am unsatisfied with. That is the reason I joined the forum. I lack any experience with home modification so I will welcome any advice.

I just moved into a large divided home/manse in a downtown area in central Ohio. I am completely terrified of roaches but tolerant of just about any other type of bug. So, if you notice a theme across my posts, it probably isn't a coincidence

I'm mostly a nerdy guy but I take pride in making my home more comfortable and learning new things.
