I have gutted the main floor of a two storey upper/ lower duplex for the purposes of re-wiring, insulating, and remodelling. My family and I live in the upper unit. The house is circa 1929 (determined by stamped date in original clawfoot bathtub.) At this point I have removed the plaster and lath walls, and been working on correcting the framing deficiencies and levelling of the flooring.
I've been to Windsor plenty of times. Born just North of there and left about 30 years ago.
