Hello Everyone,

I am a new member; I live in Windsor, ON, Canada.

I have gutted the main floor of a two storey upper/ lower duplex for the purposes of re-wiring, insulating, and remodelling. My family and I live in the upper unit. The house is circa 1929 (determined by stamped date in original clawfoot bathtub.) At this point I have removed the plaster and lath walls, and been working on correcting the framing deficiencies and levelling of the flooring. :thumbsup:

I've been to Windsor plenty of times. Born just North of there and left about 30 years ago.
