Screen name is also my location. Been reading a lot on this forum as I have tried to bring myself up to speed on my latest DIY project. This seems to be a well mannered forum, for which I thank all of you and the administrators. I'm a 60-something, married, retired construction wannabe. More tools and equipment than experience, but did work in the electrical contracting trade on and off during my very young adulthood. Besides projects around the house, my brother and I are trying to bring an older house in Central Kentucky back to a regularly habitable basis. I participate in the forestryforum.com, city-data.com, and finehomebuilding.com forums on a regularly irregular basis. From that experience, I look forward to getting to know the regulars here and thank in advance all the regulars and pros that take the time to educate us amateurs. I'll figure out how to get my profile up to speed as soon as I get my current project under control.
