Newbie here
Greetings from Southern California!
My home is a SFR and needs alot of work. We have lived here over 2 years, and hubby has been the one fixing it up or not. Some great improvements, and some that went south, and some in between. I am looking forward to sharing our pitfalls and our upsides of doing it ourselves, otherwise known as "sweat equity". ~Junebug |
