Newbie from CA

Hi,
I am new to this forum but have been a true do it yourself person for over 45 years. I own duplex apartments and have done all of my own work. Plumbing, Electrical, roofing, stucco, concrete work, sprinkler systems, landscaping etc. I am self taught and have found much value in these forums. Wish they existed 40 years ago. Maybe I would have done some things differently. Ha!
