Hey all...
I recently purchased a restaurant and I am doing most of the renovations myself. i have a background in construction, but some things I am unfamiliar with. Hope I can get some input. Thanks!

Hi and welcome to the site.

You might want to check in your area. Generally a restaurant falls under the jurisiction of the local health department. You will definitely need a permit for any work, and "may" even need a licensed cotnractor to pull the permit and do some/all of the work.
