Welcome.
DO not fall into the typical first time home owner trap.
Start with the important stuff first, roof, insulation, windows, air sealing, HVAC, plumbing and wiring.
Only work on one room at a time!
Start simple, bathrooms and kitchens can eat up all your money and time real quick.

Thats great advice thank you.. the beauty of the house i bought is that everything has already been updated.. everything works and is relatively new.. I just get to do my own personal touches.. and anything else i can dream up.. lol
