Newb in NJ

Greeting fellow DIY. Due to a pipe freeze and burst situation, I've been repairing and improving my Ava lon NJ duplex. Dealing with all kinds of conflicting information from insurance co, general contractors, electrician, plumber, HVAC, sheetrockers, finish carpenters, inspectors and everyone else! Hoping to get some insight and answers from other DIY'ers and perhaps some professionals ~
