New York city saying hello


Hi me and my girlfriend are moving into a new home (to us) built in the 60's in floral park and it has SOME work that has to be done in order to get it to where it should be, I am a local 731 excavator who is not scared to tackle and learn something new i look forward to learning and helping on this forum thanks to all in advance for the great topics ive read so far...
