tommiefromva Newbie Join Date: Oct 2010 Posts: 1	New from Virginia I am glad I found this forum. I love to try to do things myself. I'm a retired Pipefitter from California. My last job before retiring was in service station construction. Before that I worked building offshore oil platforms, shipbuilding, and a pipe manufacuring plant. When I lived in Desert Hot Springs the compressor my air conditioner went out and after I got a bill of $400 to repair it I took a course in Air Conditioner Repair. I could now repair it myself and save all that labor. Well my newest project is to install a metal roof on my house. After I browse around awhile, I will start asking questions. Tommie
