New Toronto Homeowner

Hey all,

My wife and I just purchased a 1920s doublebrick in Toronto's east end. We've got a lot of work ahead of us - masonry, insulation, some siding, eavestroughs, roof repair to start, and later on a new kitchen and bathroom.

We've had an eco-audit done so have lots of tasks to take care of there -- And I'll have a lot of questions.

Looking forward to getting to know y'all

I'm suspicious. No self-respecting Torontonian would say "y'all".

(Kidding. Welcome.)
