I just discovered this site and I hope to take advantage of all the great stuff here.
My name is Nick and I am 23 and in the process of buying my first home. I started the escrow process last weekend and I hope to move in by the first week of Dec.
The home is a 3 bedroom 2 bath with a 2 car garage. 1252 sq ft total on a .140 acre lot. I'm a big DIY'er and Im really excited to start making this place my own. I'm buying it from the original owner who is a little old lady who took exceptional care of it, though its almost completely original 1991.
