Hello everyone. I'm about to take on two major projects. Project number one will be to dry and repair our flooded home. We've lived in this home for over 15 years and have slowly been remodeling. But this year, Mother Nature decided to give us a one in 500 year flood. Forced us out of the house forover six weeks now.

Project number two is going to be finishing the basement in our newly purchased new construction split level home. The housing market here in North Dakota is exploding and to keep prices down, most builders here are leaving the lower levels unfinished for the buyer to complete. This is going to be a massive project for me and I'll be depending heavily on the advice from my good friends here on this forum.
