new "member", longtime lurker
So I finally registered...longtime lurker...enjoy reading about others projects and applying advice to my own. I am from San Antonio, with a fishing cabin/lakehouse near Corpus Christi where most of my DIY'ing takes place. I work mostly with my boys...who keep me in check and keep me from injuring myself. Currently I am 'out of the game' deployed to Iraq in what should be my final deployment prior to retirement. It's great hearing all your stories, heeding all the amazing advice, and enjoying the off comments/humor...good stuff. Glad to be a part of the site...
