Hi my name is Chris. I bought a house here in California about 6 years ago and now I plan to sell it so I can buy another one. But before I sell it, I need to fix it up a little bit so I can get as much money as I can for it. That is how I came up to this site so I can learn how to fix my house up.

I am an amateur when it comes to working on the house but I believe I can get it done by myself instead of paying someone to do the work. I know some jobs will require a pro, but I want to get as much done as I can myself. So I will spend the next few months fixing up my home and I will be here A LOT asking A BUNCH of questions.
