Hey I'm new myself. I've been a real estate investor and slowly doing some work myself, but now I will be doing most of it - except the electrical stuff. I hope to learn a lot here.

Thanks Atlantic - So far it has been an excellent source of information. I think I am learning more then I can contribute but I think that will eventually change over time. It looks like this place has been around since 2006! That is a long time!!
