Hi everyone!

I've been lurking here for awhile and have really enjoyed the forum so far. It's been a lot of fun to see everyone's progress in the "showcase" section. I am not a homeowner yet, but might be by spring if everything goes to plan. I am learning a lot from the home buying process and have already started to ask questions about house work that I am having trouble answering which is why I'm here! I look forward to being a part of this forum!
