Gallipolo Newbie   Join Date: Jan 2011 Posts: 1	new lurker Hi all I'm a female who lives in Palm Springs CA area in a 1953 built house. Love the quality of this house but have some minor fix up to do still. Will join in when I need help but love reading everyone elses fixes.

Clean the dryer screen in HOT water if using fabric softener sheets. They leave a residue that impedes air-flow, costing you money.
