Hi all,
My family lives in the house my grandfather was born and raised in. The original four rooms ( two up and two down plus hand dug brick lined basement )was built around 1854. We have just about completed an addition that doubles the floor space. I will be asking some questions about something's dealing with removal of non load bearing ballon framed wall that go clear to roof. |

Welcome. Last complete restoration I did was to bring a late 1800s early 1900s balloon construction home back to a new and different life. Glad you are rescuing your family place.
