New house flipper

Hi all, I'm new to the site and new to house flipping. We bought our first rehab project in Dec 2010 just outside of Toronto and we've had lots of fun so far...some great stories to tell. Look forward to meeting all of you.

By the way, we're not complete do it yourselfers because we have some help...just because we can't be trusted to do stuff alone yet...but one day...

Hi Yummy Yummy and Scuba Dave - thanks for the warm welcome. We bought our house in Brampton in December. Originally we wanted to flip it in a few months but then realized how much work there is....isn't that always the way? Tee hee. But we're having lots of fun. On Saturday night I finished tiling the kitchen floor and I actually enjoyed myself. It's addictive!
