New homeowner, old home in San Diego

Hello all,

I've been lurking for a while and decided to register. My wife and I purchased our home about 1 year ago and I finally have time to put some work into it.

My name is Chris and the house is in San Diego. It's about 35 years old and is in decent shape. However, there are always things that can be upgraded.

I look forward to learning and contributing to this forum.

Welcome Chris! I am in Escondido.

This is a GREAT forum. I have accomplished several minor to major (whole house renovation) home projects with the excellent help of the many wonderful folks here.
