GunnerSaurus Newbie   Join Date: Feb 2013 Location: Western PA Posts: 5	New Homeowner First time homeowner and while the house, knock on wood, has remained low maintenance I certainly need the help of a community to learn from and hopefully at somepoint I'll be able to share info back.
