New home-owner, new to the forums!
 

Hey guys,

My name's Gord, and I bought about 6 months back. Moved up from a condo to a nice-sized house with my family, and we're really pleased with the transition!

That being said, I've never been extremely handy when it comes to home repairs/improvements - I've been in the tech/entertainment industry pretty much all my life (I'm in my early 30's now). However, I'm also open to learning, and want to take care of my house, so I figured I'd find a good community with helpful people.
