New home owner
Hell everyone, I'm a new home owner in the Sacramento area. I don't have the easy out of calling up the landlord anymore so I'm sure I'll be in this site from time to time. I have already finished a few minor projects and have some major and minor projects in mind. I look forward to getting tips and sharing as well.
