'new here, have a 1870's house and lots of patience

In my search for an inward-swinging storm door closure I found this site and really like the information that is available on it! I have an old craftman-style house that I bought 5 years ago. It was (and still is) in major need of repair but I am slowly making headway! I love the house and the warm deep-golden orange woodwork, the built-in benches and bookcase, etc. so it is worth the effort! I also have 4.5 acres of land and a large pond so I have plenty of space to plant trees, landcape, etc.!

Welcome to DIY Chatroom! Glad to have you here.

How come nobody from my area ever gets on here and says they have a big pond? I need a new fishing hole!

Sorry
There's lots of fishing out my way
But less of a fishing hole per say, more like I live on a People Hole surrounded by a bunch of fish
