I've been looking around this site. A lot of good info on here. I bought a house a year ago and the ideas for projects seem to keep piling up. It's hard finding the time to do much. I hate paying for labor when I can do the job myself. I've built cars (engines, suspension, electrical, etc.) and I'm a sheet metal fabricator.
So far in my bonus room I put stereo, dvr, ps3, etc in the closet. I have attic space behind the wall so it was easy running wires. The other project was in the living room. I ran wires through the wall and mounted a tv above the fireplace.
