New guy on the block

Hi guys and gals just joined so I thought I would say hi. I have bought a mid 90's house that needs a few things and has an unfinished basement,I have done a lot of small reno's on different homes that I have owned but this one I bought to work on with my 15 year old son and maybe teach him a few things that I have learned over the years,no bad habits I hope.So I will be watching for interestering posts
