hi everyone i am from new york and i am working on repairing the fixer upper my finance and i bought, hopefully we can sell it for a profit ina few years, during the day i work at a steel building manufacturer in new york,

Hey there. Are your projects mainly renovation/redecorating, or are they more intense like construction and remodeling stuff? I am doing a condo renovation and it's going from a country-inspired eighties nightmare to a tuscan villa...well that's the idea anyway.
