New firsttime homeowner

Well, just like to introduce myself. I just recently bought my first home for my girlfriend and I, which is a 1939 vintage 1325 sqft home on a larger city lot. The house has held up well, and has been mostly redone inside, with the kitchen and bath only a couple years old.

My projects coming up include re-wiring, siding, replacement windows, and maybe a 1/2-3/4 bath in the basement and finishing it.

I'm pretty handy and can usually figure things out with some guidance. I look forward to all the help I will receive and hope I can offer some of my own in return.
