New DIYer in Oklahoma City

Hello all,

I'm just a few weeks away from buying a real house. My husband and I currently own a townhouse, but we are quickly outgrowing it. We plan to rent out our townhouse and get to work on a contemporary moderate-fixer-upper. We're very excited and anxious to get started, but we want to make sure we do things right. I will definitely be asking more questions than answering, but I trust I'll be getting some great advice!

Looking forward to learning and fixing!
