new to diy

new to diy. have posted a question, but have gotten no response. how do I know if people are seeing my post?

Welcome to DIY Chatroom!

If you go to the Appliance board- find your post on the list. In the right hand column you'll see how many views your thread has. I n your case it's at 13.

It helps to give as much info as possible, perhaps a picture too.
Be patient, questions sometmes take a while

When posting in forums, letting us know your location will help others give better feedback/advice/solutions to your questions

Definitely be patient. If it's a complicated question many of the experts are working all day and won't see your post til the end of the day. Sometimes it takes a day or two to get an answer.
