New to diy


I my name is Phil, I rent my home but I do all of the maintenance on it as well as many properties my landlord owns. I do everything from lawn care to drywall, I don't claim to know it all and I am always willing to learn.I live in Florida.

I had the same sort of deal with a landlord once, it worked out well for both of us.
