New from central valley california

I'm the proud owner of a 1901 two story Victorian home located in a community outside of Fresno CA.

Structurally the home has good bones but is in serious need of basic necessities like plugs on every wall, light switches, newer plumbing, windows, insulation, etc.

My first massive task was to rid the backyard of a 20 yr old bamboo grove that grew out of control. What a major undertaking but I've been successful in removing it permanently.

Our goal is to restore it to a old but modern home. My wife has a great eye for making something very chic and cool.
