Hey everyone,

I am taking over the house that I grew up in. My father was the one that did everything for me. He was the fix it man for my mom and myself. My father passed away and now I have to take care of getting parts and other things. I have a Luxaire Furnace that is 30 years old in the house. It works great still. I have to get a new filter. I think the model number is v810-a1012. Would I be able to find the filter at Lowe's or Home Depot????? Please help!

the filter could be a general size 16x20x1...20x25x1...20x20x1 is typical get a couple of them WHERE IS IT...might mount in the furnace where the lower duct is connected.....return could be in the hallway grill return..or acuallty slides into the duct just before the furnace.....no law against bending it...HD or Lowes has the stocked sizes keep it 1" thick.one change now check in 2012 winter after new years..if you can see light thru it it is good.can bang the old one out if you can't find the size if its not standard...
