Motivated to improve myself and my home

Hi everybody!

I am a woman on a mission---a mission to work on improving herself, and improving her home.

Long story short, I am very fortunate to live in a very nice apartment. It is a small 1 bedroom, but plenty enough space for myself.

However, it is not enough space for all of my stuff. I am working on getting rid of unused stuff, and refocusing my energy on creating the type of home I want--something that is relaxing and inviting and energizing. Right now, because of too much stuff, lack of storage spaces for the stuff, and working a lot and not putting in a lot of time to keep things tidy, I often feel overwhelmed by all the things that need to be done---new paint, getting rid of stuff and unused items, sweeping cobwebs, etc.

I came here to get help with a specific problem, but because of the expertise and friendliness of everyone here, I figured this would be a perfect place to get support on myself and my home improvement journey.

Or disassemble it, for the experience or for the parts.
