Michigan Asbestos/Mold/Lead Paint Building Inspector
I am interested in offering assistance to home building inspectors and their clients pertaining to asbestos, mold, lead paint, radon, formaldehyde and other environmental issues.
I also own a housing pre-hab business so I expect the experts here may be able to help me on occasion. What I call "pre-hab" is acquiring a trashed house from a foreclosure, cleaning and gutting it, taking care of any asbestos, mold and lead paint problems, cleaning up the yard and doing some low maintenance type landscaping and making it "rehab-ready" for sale to a residential wholesaler, rehabber or a landlord.
