Long time reader

I have been reading DIY forum for some time and have decided it is time to be able to join in the conversation and ask questions.

I am a small time landlord and have 3 1900 and 1 1920 building that I am attempting to maintain with varying degrees of success.

I also work as an associate at one of the boxes you all like to complain about. But I am teachable! And I am very interested in learning more. (In fact, I have learned how to instruct customers the best way to do a tile surround for a bathtub by reading on here.)
