Just joined the forums after reading through the threads for a little bit. We are going to finish our basement and to save money I will be doing the electrical work since it's what I feel comfortable doing. I could not imagine doing framing and flooring my self .

welcome...i bet you could do the frame/flooring with plenty of planning and foresight...just like the electrical but without the sparks...
