Hello, my name is Kim - we moved into our home 15 long years ago. It's a 41 year old home and it was a private sale. I knew this man via a friend of a friend...Being young (23 at the time) I had no idea it was a rehab instead of a well cared for home. Now 15 years later we're getting into the finishing projects as all the 'big ticket' can't see projects are done.

Looking forward to spending time here, hopefully gaining ideas and sharing what we've learned from years of uncovering messes!
