Hello from Indianapolis. My husband & I are owners of a 72 year old home that is the taker that keeps on taking. Money I mean. There is always something major that needs repair. If I told you all the things we have done in the 6 years we have lived here, you wouldn't believe us. We have also had 2 major hail storms in 6 years so we are on our 2nd new roof. Thank heaven for insurance. So that's all about us as notwanttobe DIY'ers. Thank you to all of you who provide expert posts.
