introduction of myself

Hi all,
My name is steve and live in knoxville tn, I am a comercial electrician of 13 yrs so i can help with the electrical side of things.
I am in need of some imput on replacing my old h/a system and want to educate myself before I call some contractors so I know who to trust. I will ask these questions after my introdution is posted and your responces are read.

Talk to some of the contractors you deal with and ask for recomendations. They know who's good and who to stay far away from.
