Introduction

I am acquiring houses for rental/sales and try to do the remodelling myself. I can paint and plaster fairly well and am learning plumbing and electrical. I use licensed plumbers and electricians to inspect my work and finish the job.

I am always talking to other landlords about how they do things and this site will help a great deal

Is it from the Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory movie? I was going to say that it was in a speech given by George Washington, but during his lifetime they didn't use the words 'frobbing, peeber and heeber' quite as often as we do now. They did use the word 'squat' though, mostly because they had no modern plumbing .

Is it from 'The Hobit'? Alright, I googled it. Is it possible that this is the only thing ever googled that doesn't bring some kind of answer? Okay, then. I'm going to my mom's house to look-up the answer in her World Book encyclopedia's (published in 1969)
