Hello all,

I am in the process of purchasing a 1925 Colonial style 872 SF bungalow in Asheville, NC. This is the oldest home I've ever owned, so there are many repairs to be made, altho basic ones. The major stuff has been done. I hope this forum will provide me with ideas and suggestions for the best ways to make my "new" home safe from all types of hazzards (electrical fire to mold) and therefore last many years to come.
