Intro

Hi folks, it's time to sell and move closer to the city. We have a new home it makes three years and I'm ashamed to say I've been lagging in solid maintenance. Nothing major. I'm no DIY guy "took me 4 cans of paint and 6 nights to paint the master bedroom" but I figure this is a good place to start.

I work mon-fri and attend 3 classes per week in the evenings at the local university.

My list

-replace bottom weather stripping on main door
-Touch up paint on cabinets
-build garage shelves
-glass tile backsplash in kitchen
-stain fence and deck
-replace some lights outside
-paint bathroom "kill me... Paint is not my thing"
-install new drapes and blinds
-fix cabinets so they don't hang and are all even.

That's it. My list. We're house shopping on the side. If we find something I want to be able to pull the trigger and sell fast.

Cheers

Goodness, typo. Three years. We had it built while I was away with work. Still fighting for the contractor to reparge around the outside of the house.
